橋聳雲天綠雕園區，是南投國姓鄉的新興景點，不過因為聯外道路狹小，遊覽車無法直接開到園區門口，讓高齡長者或是行動不便的民眾相當困擾。為此，鄉長邱美玲在地方協助下，尋找出一條新的聯外道路，並爭縣府協助拓寬和興建停車場，來帶動地方的觀光。
