雲林斗南青農歐孟堅,利用農業部農村發展及水土保持署青年回鄉行動獎勵計畫,辦理「20+1 雲林即食救援:綠意共餐與特產創新」活動,透過食農教育,來帶領民眾將農產再加工成各種美味的餐點,在今(17)日,邀請斗南高中的學生於斗南鎮農會供銷部會議室,體驗製作營養又健康的綠拿鐵。▲歐孟堅教授綠拿鐵製作/記者丁沛盈攝活動不僅增進學生們對健康飲食的認識,也讓他們體驗從農田到餐桌的食農教育。歐孟堅表示,希望透過這樣的課程,讓特教生在參與中學習到更多生活技能,並感受到社會的包容與關懷。目前活動預計會來辦理二十場,雲林縣有機農民協會總幹事林綵葳表示,因為有感於特定農產到產季時,容易有過剩或次級品價格不佳的問題,因此希望透過農產再加工,讓農產價值最大化並延長保存期限,並將此理念透過食農教育活動的辦理傳達出去。
